We hope you love your RedBank Candle Co. purchase. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund for items damaged during shipping with photographic proof.
To report a problem, email us at hello@redbankcandleco.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We're always here to help and want you to love your candle as much as we loved making it for you.
